Personalized Techniques for Real Results

We combine the precision of the Gonstead method with other trusted chiropractic tools such as the Webster Technique and Activator Methods to deliver care tailored to your body’s unique needs. Each adjustment is designed to restore proper joint position and improve motion and function. From there, we help retrain the surrounding muscles and ligaments so your body can hold its alignment naturally-supporting long-term spinal health and overall wellness.

Hands-on Chiropractic Care

Dr. Wei uses hands-on chiropractic care – manual therapy technique where she uses her hands to apply a controlled force or thrust to a joint, often the spine, to help realign the musculoskeletal system and improve its function. This is in contrast to instrument-assisted methods and can result in an audible “pop” or “crack” from gas release in the joint.

Y-Strap

The Y-Starp spinal traction method uses controlled, sustained tension to decompress the spine and release deep muscular pressure. Designed to improve posture, relieve nerve compression, and promote full-body balance, this advanced technique helps restore motion and ease tension where traditional adjustments may not reach. See the difference it can make in your life.

Activator Methods

A gentle, high-precision chiropractic technique that uses a handheld instrument to deliver a quick, targeted adjustment-without twisting or cracking. The Activator Method helps. restore joint motion, reduce nerve irritation, and support natural alignment, making it ideal for patients seeking a comfortable and effective approach to spinal health.
