While fused areas are not adjusted, the joints above and below often become stiff and can safely benefit from gentle, targeted chiropractic techniques. We always evaluate your specific surgery, comfort level, and current mobility to ensure treatment is appropriate and safe. If you have surgical notes or imaging, bringing them in can help us tailor your care even more.
Yes. After your consultation and same-day Report of Findings, you’ll receive your first adjustment and a personalized care plan.
A standard adjustment takes about 15 minutes; new-patient visits take around 30 minutes, including exam, consultation and adjustment.
Yes, chiropractic care is safe during pregnancy. At Star Chiro, we use techniques that are comfortable, gentle, and tailored to each stage of pregnancy. Many expectant moms find relief from back pain, pelvic discomfort, and sciatica with regular chiropractic care.
We do not accept insurance at the Flower Mound location at the moment. Our prices are comparable or sometimes cheaper than most copays.
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, HSA, and FSA accounts.
We do not perform X-rays in the office. However, if it is determined imaging is needed, we can refer you to a nearby imaging center so you can get the X-rays done the same day.
We’re open Saturdays from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM and closed on Sundays.
Yes. Chiropractic care for children supports proper spinal alignment and can improve posture, comfort, and mobility. We also have a discount for kids under 18.
